
About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Implement treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Monitor and document patient progress.
- Provide support and training to families and caregivers on implementing behavior strategies

Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or individuals with autism spectrum disorder preferred
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and principles
- Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and collect accurate data
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and team members
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using electronic data collection systems for tracking patient progress
